Although I’m an AAFA certified Group Fitness instructor with some university training in anatomy and nutrition, there are a few things I need to mention! :3

The advice I give is based off of my own studies and experiences with fitness and nutrition. I enjoy being part of the fitness community and will often reblog universal methods used by other trainers and fitness enthusiasts.

That being said, nothing I say here is the be-all end-all of fitness so I encourage you to explore other information out there. There is no “one size fits all” with fitness, so if something isn’t working: reassess, explore other options, and keep at it!
